Gym Day 28: Still Adjusting to my 6 Weight Lifting Workout Instead of 4

Hello everyone! Today is another workout in the gym day. Although I arrived early in the gym but I had not started immediately. The reason for that is someone was using the EZ Bar and I had to wait 30 minutes until his super set was done.

I did't want to break my routine so I had waited for him to finish before I start my workout routine.

First workout for the day are EZ Bar Bicep Curls using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each

Next were EZ Bar Upright Rows using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each

Next were EZ Bar Tricep Extensions using 20lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each

Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike

Next were Seated Double Dumbbell Bicep Curls using 20lbs of weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each

Next were Dumbell Frontal Raise using 15lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.

Next were Dumbell Triceps Extension using 20lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each

And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.

It really was hard workout especially during the Front Raise. I was already having a hard time there but luckily I got through it all.
